Submitting a request through this website or WhatsApp does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed after Albania Ride confirms availability, route, pickup details and the agreed price.
The agreed transfer price is communicated before confirmation. Additional stops or material itinerary changes requested after confirmation may change the price and must be agreed in advance.
Customers should provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the agreed time. Airport pickups may include reasonable waiting depending on the confirmed booking terms and flight information supplied.
Changes and cancellations should be communicated as early as possible by WhatsApp or phone. Any cancellation conditions are communicated as part of the booking confirmation.
Customers should provide accurate passenger and luggage information so that the vehicle can be confirmed as suitable.
